How It Works With Your Medicaid Coverage
Through New York State's Medicaid 1115 Waiver, eligible Medicaid members may qualify for food and nutrition services designed to support their health.
Depending on eligibility and available benefits, support may include prepared meals, groceries, fresh produce, food vouchers, nutrition services, and other approved food benefits.
Medicaid-Funded
Eligible services are covered through participating Medicaid Managed Care plans, so qualifying members pay no cost for approved benefits.
